I am an interaction designer working on the intersection between the Internet of Things and Digital Fabrication.
My wide knowledge on internet technologies and my experience on hardware and electronics among my training as a product designer makes me an expert on developing projects involving communities with technology.
Since 2010 I hold a research position at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) and Fab Lab Barcelona where currently I lead the development of Smart Citizen, a global open-source environmental monitoring platform.
I am also a regular advisor on many projects a tangible interaction expert and I teach regularly workshops on open-source software and hardware.
