Paco is 87% Madrileño, 8% Carioca, 5% Londoner and is now Angelino.

In Madrid, he worked for some of the best Spanish agencies, including 7 years as Creative Director at Sra Rushmore. In 2011, he moved to Brazil to join Ogilvy. There, Paco met Beto, his friend and partner. Together, they helped Ogilvy to be named Agency of the Year at Cannes and Creativity Innovators of the Year by AdAge. Throughout his three years in Brazil, Paco won 62 lions, including the first Titanium Grand Prix for Latin America and the Promo Grand Prix; the Grand Clio; The best of Discipline at One Show and two Yellow Pencils and the first White Pencil for Brazil at D&AD.

Paco & Beto’s Dove Real Beauty Sketches is the most watched ad ever.

Paco & Beto’s Immortal Fans campaign helped to increase organ donations by 61%.

Paco has been in the top five of the most awarded Creative Directors at the Cannes Report from 2013 to 2015, coming first in 2013.

In 2015, Beto & Paco decided to leave sunny Brazil for rainy London to join BBH. There, they were Group Creative Directors working for Axe, Ray Ban, Absolut and Google.

Paco has published one book, ‘Microrelatos’, and is working on the second one called ‘People who’ve sat in front of me while I lived in London’.
